HISTORY

Tiki Te Kohu Ruamano Trust was formed on 12 May 1981. The Trust has grown to nearly 500 shareholders. The list of original owners of the Trust include the following:

The Trust administers six quarter acre sections at Whakarewarewa fronting, Fenton Street, Rotorua, on behalf the shareholders. The Trust is tasked with the oversight of the sections, which are currently all subject to long-term lease arrangements. The Maori freehold land blocks are known as, Sections 1 and 2 Block LI Town of Rotorua and Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 LII Town of Rotorua.
